Our theme - Revive & Thrive doesn't end Friday night. Join Michelle Mullins in the Penthouse suite Saturday morning for a restorative and theraputic morning yoga class and healthy breakfast.
Michelle has 18 years as a practitioner and teacher of Yoga. This brings an experience together that is grounding, releasing, opening and energising. Michelle will gently guide you through hatha body practices, breath work, body focused meditation and visualisation to restore your natural state of balance and have you focussed and alive ready for the day ahead.
Your class will focus on gentle opening stretches and somatic based yoga therapy practices, to restore internal connection and build strength and balance whilst incorporating the healing benefits of our doTERRA essential oils to access deeper connection to yourself and the practice.
aromayoga In The Sky will bring you a yoga experience like no other on the Gold Coast.
Not only will you experience such a revitalising session with Michelle and your fellow participants, your ticket to aromayoga In the Sky also includes a nourishing and delicious green smoothie and protein ball made fresh by our wonderful Raw Food Chef - Di'anne Dolzan.
